Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies attempted to make a traffic stop on a motorcycle for several traffic infractions Friday, September 20 at 7:18 p.m. ET.
When deputies activated their emergency lights the motorcycle then fled. A pursuit was initiated and continued into St. Joseph County where the operator William Aaron Fosburgh was taken into custody.
He faces preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, aggressive driving, and reckless driving.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
