Multiple officers with the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve an arrest warrant for Felony Level 5 intimidation at midnight Sunday, September 22.
The warrant was issued for 34-year-old Sharlotte A. Preston, of Plymouth after an investigation was completed and identified Preston as allegedly making threats to one of the Marshall County judges.
Preston was located at approximately 2 a.m. and was taken into custody without incident. She was then transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
