Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to 2505 N. Oak Dr. for the report of a theft in progress Thursday, August 22.
Officers took two, out of the four suspects into custody who include Nicole Adame, 22 of Warsaw and De’Arion Bobbitt, 20, of South Bend.
Officers recovered over $700 in stolen merchandise, according to the report.
During the investigation, officers observed a large amount of marijuana in the suspect vehicle in plain view.
Both suspects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Bobbitt was booked on preliminary charges of theft with a prior conviction, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and resisting law enforcement. Adame was booked on preliminary charges of theft and possession of marijuana.
Officers are still attempting to locate the other two suspects.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
