Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on N. Walnut St. Wednesday, August 21 for a report of a residential entry.
The victim stated that 45-year-old Jason Hannah of Plymouth walked up to her door and opened it attempting to enter the residence, according to the report. Police say she was able to push him back and call the police.
Hannah was later apprehended at a different location and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
