PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 28 officers with the Plymouth Police Department found a man lying off the roadway in a yard of a residence.
Officers identified the man as Gerado Cortez-Ruiz, 37, of Plymouth. It was determined Cortez-Ruiz was under the influence of a controlled substance.
Cortez-Ruiz was transported and lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
