On Friday, Aug. 23 at 6:55 p.m., Marshall County deputy Matt Geiger stopped a blue Mustang for speeding — 91mph in a 60 mph zone.
The driver John R. Landers of Canton Ohio was also found to have a suspended license.
During the investigation, marijuana was located in the vehicle. Landers was arrested for possession of marijuana and was taken to the Marshall County Jail for processing.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
