Plymouth Police Department Makes Arrests

Plymouth Police Department officers initiated a traffic stop Monday, August 19 at 10 a.m. ET on a black Ford Taurus that had an expired Utah license plate that came back to a green Chevrolet Camaro.


Upon speaking with the driver, Dwayne D. Waters-Sarmiento, 23, of Plymouth, it was found that he reportedly never possessed a license nor ever registered the vehicle. He was taken into custody.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Later day that day at 2:45 p.m. ET a warrant service was done by Plymouth officers at the Marshall County Probation Office on Kevin Calvillo, of Plymouth, for failure to appear on fine and costs. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
