PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 27 at 3:53 p.m., officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 900 W Harrison Street for a speaker theft.
The victim had video of the theft and of the suspect’s vehicle. After further investigation, the suspect was identified as Jamie Nunez, 48, of Warsaw.
It was determined that Nunez was staying at the Economy Inn. He was taken into custody, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked in for Theft. The stolen property was returned to the victim
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
