
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department recently conducted two traffic stops that resulted in the arrest of the drivers.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop Saturday, August 3 with a vehicle on U.S. 30 and Michigan Street.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 45-year-old Randolfo Del Cid Valenzuela. Police say he was found to be operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
Also on Saturday, August 3, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a white Ford on U.S. 31 at 9A Road for going 77 mph in a 45 mph construction zone.

It was found the driver, Erick Alan Gonzalez Biester, 31, of Indianapolis. had never obtained a driver’s license, according to the report. He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined in each case by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
