Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were made aware of a possible impaired driver Thursday, August 8 at 10:21 p.m. ET.
A traffic stop was made in the area of 9th Road and Tulip Road.
The driver, Judy Wynn, 54, was reportedly found to have been drinking. Police say Wynn took field sobriety tests and a certified blood test.
Wynn was preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated by testing at .233% BAC, and possession of a scheduled drug that was located in the vehicle, according to the report.
Wynn was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
