Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the area of Beerenbrook and Jackson Street for reports of shots fired Wednesday, July 31 at 1:44 a.m. ET.
Police say it was determined that an occupied home was shot multiple times. The suspect vehicle was seen in the area and a vehicle pursuit proceeded. The suspect vehicle was stopped on Jackson and Michigan Street.
The driver was identified as Arionna Rubio, 18, of Niles. A male juvenile passenger was also taken into custody.
Rubio was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for preliminary multiple felony criminal charges including intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness, dangerous control of a firearm, assisting a criminal, resisting law enforcement, theft of a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor reckless driving.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
