Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn Tuesday, July 30 for a report of a battery.
Upon arrival, the victim advised fficers that a male, identified as Jared Warner, 42, had thrown a metal cup at her striking her in the leg, according to the report. Further investigation found that an alleged battery had occurred. Warner was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of domestic battery.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
