Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn Friday, July 26 for the report of a fight in progress.
Shortly after arrival, officers located the alleged suspect who was identified as Ryan Mata, 22. Police say it was determined that a domestic battery had occurred and Mata was taken into custody and booked into Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
