Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to 114 N Michigan St. at Opie’s Deli Saturday, August 10 for an intoxicated man who was reportedly being disorderly and refusing to leave after being asked to leave several times by the business employee.
Darin Skaggs of Kendallville was arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
