A driver was arrested following an accident investigation conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday, August 6 just after 3 p.m. ET.
Marshall County Dispatch broadcast a report of a single-vehicle crash with unknown injuries on 1st Rd east of King Rd, on the north side of the roadway.
LaPaz Fire, LaPaz EMS, and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded.
During the crash investigation the driver, Jassen L Manfredonia, 25, was found to be exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication, according to the report.
Manfredonia was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
