Plymouth Police Department Responds to Calls

A Plymouth Police Department officer was approached by an individual Saturday, July 6 just after 8 a.m. ET that a man by the name of David Tooley, of Denver, IN, had a possible warrant for his arrest out of Fulton County.


Tooley was located and taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

In a separate case, Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the Red D Mart Tuesday, July 9 just after 9 p.m. ET for a disturbance. While investigating the events that took place, Chaz Sylvester, 21, of Plymouth, began screaming at officers and making a scene, according to the report.

Police say Sylvester was told to calm himself, but continued to make a scene.


Sylvester was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
