A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, June 28 after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a call about a domestic battery situation.
Marshall County deputies say that Giovanni J. Mendez, 20, of Plymouth, committed domestic battery with moderate bodily injury.
Mendez was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the criminal violation with additional charges pending.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
