Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 2550 North Michigan Street (Red Rock Inn) Tuesday, July 16 just before 7:30 a.m. ET for a domestic battery report.
A man, later identified as Shane Wilson, 24, of Somerset, KY, was found to have allegedly committed that battery.
Wilson was arrested and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of domestic battery.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
