Plymouth Police units were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn Thursday, June 20 at 1:11 a.m. ET to meet with management regarding unwanted and unregistered guests.
Officers went with management to room 221 in order to speak with the occupants and ask the unregistered guests to leave. When officers arrived at the room it was learned that there was an active warrant through Marshall County for one of the men, Jacob M. Smith, 24, of Plymouth, according to the report.
Smith was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
