Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the area of Solomon Ct. Wednesday, June 19 at 11:15 p.m. ET for a report of an intoxicated man screaming.

Upon arriving in the area, a man could be heard screaming from approximately 2 blocks away. Police located Karl Pogue Jr. at an address on Baker Street.
