A traffic stop was conducted Thursday, June 20 at 9:45 p.m. ET by Plymouth Police Department officers on a vehicle for operating with no lights on at night and crossing the center line on Michigan south of Skylane Dr.
The driver, Joshua Rodriguez Monzon, 27 of Seattle, WA, was found to have never received a driver’s license.
Monzon was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
