Invasion of Privacy

A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, June 8 after Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Berkley Street for a report of a man beating on the door and the reporting party stated they had an active protection order against the man.


Upon arrival, officers made contact with Blake Brown and confirmed that there was an active no contact order. Officers also observed that Brown was highly intoxicated, according to the report.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy and public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
