Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Thursday, May 30 on a vehicle for a moving violation.
The driver was later identified as Mugaisuddin Mohammed, 26, of Dublin, Ohio. It was determined during the traffic stop that Mugaisuddin had never had a driver’s license. He was transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
