A person wanted on a warrant was arrested by officers from the Plymouth Police Department Wednesday, May 22 at 3:50 a.m. ET.
A Plymouth Police Department officer observed Jennifer McPherson, 43, of Plymouth, standing near Jefferson and Michigan Street. The officer knew McPherson to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest for failure to appear and was able to take McPherson into custody without issue and transport her to the Marshall County Jail, according to the report.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
