Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 215 West Washington Street Thursday, May 23 to assist State Parole with taking a man, later identified as Vincent Stephen Carnegie, 36, of Plymouth, into custody for a warrant.
Carnegie was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for the warrant.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
