Plymouth Police Department officers arrested Ryan Hayes, 43, Thursday, May 30 on a failure to appear warrant out of Elkhart County while he was at the Marshall County Probation Office.
Hayes was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transport to Elkhart County.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
