A South Bend man was arrested in Marshall County the morning of Saturday, May 11 after a Plymouth Police Department officer initiated a traffic stop on Michigan Street, north of Airport Road after observing the vehicle reportedly failing to stop for the flashing red light on Michigan at Hoham Drive.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Salomon Suarez-Caballero, 21. Suarez-Caballero had an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Carroll County, as well as a suspended drivers license.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
