A Plymouth Police Department officer initiated a traffic stop Thursday, May 30 at 5:30 a.m. ET on a vehicle for not having their headlights on when required.
The driver was identified as Alvaro Lozano-Perez, 42, of Plymouth. Lozano-Perez was found to have never been issued a driver’s license, resulting in his arrest for an operator never licensed with a prior conviction. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
