A Plymouth Police Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the evening Monday, May 27.
The driver was identified as Lesvin Lopez-Colindres, 33, of Plymouth. Lopez-Colindres was found to have never been issued a driver’s license, resulting in his arrest for operator never licensed. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
