Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were called to Country Charm Laundry after receiving a report of individuals trying to break into a washing machine.
During the course of the investigation, officers determined 48-year-old Eric Pedroza was allegedly in possession of a hypodermic needle and prescription medication not prescribed to him.
Pedroza was transported and lodged into Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of a legend drug, possession of methamphetamine as well as an outstanding warrant out of St. Joseph County, Michigan.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
