Plymouth police were dispatched to the Economy Inn Thursday, May 23 at 12:45 p.m. ET in reference to Brett Kersey who was reportedly to be found in violation of his parole.
Kersey was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for the warrant and other pending charges. He was given no bond.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
