A Plymouth man was arrested the morning of May 11 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the 600 W. block of Garro Street for a loud noise complaint.
Officers located the vehicle that was occupied by a male later identified as Juan Cantero Jr, 23, of Plymouth. Cantero was allegedly passed out behind the wheel with an open container while playing loud music.
Upon the completion of the officer’s investigation, police say Cantero was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail pending criminal charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
