Driving While Suspended

A Plymouth Police Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on the evening of May 26 for a registration violation on U.S. 30 east of Pioneer Drive.


The driver was identified as Xavier Washington, 24, of Ft. Wayne. It was found that Washington had a suspended-prior license status and was taken into custody for driving while suspended-prior. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
