
Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Wednesday, May 29 just before 6 p.m. ET on U.S. 30 and Plymouth-Goshen Trail on a vehicle that was reportedly speeding. The vehicle was traveling 78 mph in a 60 mph zone.
The driver was later identified as Jhony Cruz Bolanos, 24, of Chicago. During the traffic stop, police say it was determined that Cruz Bolanos had never had a driver’s license.
He was then taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in for driving without a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
