A Plymouth man was arrested Sunday, May 19 after the Plymouth Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 E. block of Garro Street regarding a call where a woman was on the phone crying.
After further investigation at the scene, Luis F. Granados-Estrada was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
