One person was arrested after Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a personal injury accident on State Road 117 south of 20th Road Saturday, May 25 just after 9 p.m. ET.
During the investigation, officers discovered the driver of the vehicle, Meghan Tynan, 26, to be reportedly exhibiting signs of intoxication. Tynan was transported to and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and operating a vehicle endangering.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
