A traffic stop conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Saturday, March 30 resulted in an arrest.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle just before 3 p.m. ET after receiving information about 911 reports of erratic driving behavior.
During the investigation, the officer discovered that the driver was reportedly exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. As a result, Brian Charles Chambers was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle endangering.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
