Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Dora Lane Thursday, April 18 for a report of a possible domestic altercation.
During the course of the investigation, Cody Bailey, 31, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of interfering with the reporting of a crime and was transported and lodged into Marshall County Jail without incident.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
