A Plymouth resident was arrested Thursday, April 25 after a Plymouth Police Department officer initiated a traffic stop for a moving violation near the intersection of Oak and Hehr Drive.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Yesson J. Sanchez-Mendieta, 26, of Plymouth. Sanchez-Mendieta was reportedly determined to have never obtained a driver’s license and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
