A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, April 16 after officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle personal injury accident on 6th Road east of Pine Road just after 7 p.m.ET.
Upon arriving, police say it it was found that a white Ford F150 had been involved in a collision and come to rest in a ditch. During the investigation, probable cause was found that the driver of the vehicle, Alan Lopez Cruz, 20, of Plymouth, had operated a vehicle without a license according to the report.
Cruz was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
