The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a report of an alleged domestic dispute at 107 N. Michigan Street in LaPaz Thursday, April 18 at 4:57 p.m. ET.
Through an investigation, police say Brayan Romero was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under the age of 16.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
