A Plymouth man was arrested after a Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lincoln Highway East and Pennsylvania Avenue Wednesday, March 13 at 4:30 a.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Dany M. Rivera-Bustamante, 37, of Plymouth. Police say he was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and has a prior conviction.
He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed – prior.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
