An Illinois resident was arrested after a traffic stop initiated by the Plymouth Police Department Tuesday, March 5 at 5:15 a.m. ET.
Police say the vehicle was traveling south on Michigan Street at a high rate of speed. During the traffic stop the driver, Barcenas Ma Del Rosario, 47, of Berwyn, Illinois, was found to have never been issued a driver’s license.
Ma Del Rosario was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
