A Plymouth man was arrested after Plymouth Police Department officers investigated a call of a man lying in the roadway in the area of Harrison and Broadway Streets just after 8 p.m. ET Friday, March 1.
The caller stated that the subject was running down the road and had fallen several times, according to the report.
Officers located Cody Boehm, 27, of Plymouth on Harrison Street where he was reportedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was transported to the Plymouth ER where police say he pulled down his pants and exposed himself to the ER staff. He later tried to run away on foot.
After being medically cleared, Boehm was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on preliminary charges of public intoxication, public nudity, and resisting law enforcement.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
