A Fort Wayne man was arrested Monday, February 26 after a traffic stop in Marshall County.
An officer from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was on routine patrol on U.S. 30 near Tulip Rd at 11 p.m.ET when a vehicle was seen reportedly traveling at 94 mph in a 60 mph zone. A traffic stop was made on the vehicle, and during the investigation, police say it was found that the driver Royce L. LaRoche, 20, had operated a vehicle without a license.
LaRoche was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
