An Argos man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop Saturday, March 16.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Marshall County deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Blue Honda Ridgeline in the area of US 31 and 12th Rd.
During the investigation, officers found the driver, Mark W. Jarvis, 60, of Argos, to be under the influence of alcohol, according to the report.
Police say Jarvis was found to have a BAC of 163 and was booked into Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
