A Plymouth woman was arrested Sunday, January 28 after Plymouth Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint in the 200 N. block of North Michigan Street.
While investigating the situation, police say Angela Manns was found to be on the property after being served a no-trespass order.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
