A Plymouth man was arrested after a traffic stop Monday, February 12 at 10 p.m. ET at Oak and Pidco Drive.
An officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted the traffic stop for an alleged equipment violation.
During the traffic stop, police say the driver, Omar Diaz-Urdaneta, 28, of Plymouth, was found to have never been issued a driver’s license. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never-licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
