A Plymouth man was arrested by Plymouth Police Department officers after a traffic stop Sunday, February 25 at 10 p.m. ET.
Plymouth Police initiated the traffic stop on U.S. 30 and Michigan Street for equipment and registration violations, according to the report.
The driver, Ricardo Rodriguez, 51, of Plymouth, was reportedly found to be intoxicated. He has pending charges for felony and misdemeanor level operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
