Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop Monday, February 12 at 3:30 a.m. ET where police say the driver of the vehicle, Dario R. Carvajal Santos, age 28, was found to never obtained a driver’s license and was in possession of marijuana.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
